Goofs

Even a miniseries like Nick Curry will have some errors.

  1. The iconic tower of Periscope City switches position and location a lot. In Page 2 of issue 2, it was pretty far into the city, but in the downtown China scene it was right there. Also, in issue 1 the slant was going upwards toward the right, but in issue #5 it was going towards the left.
  2. Some scenes in Nick Curry 5 are uncolored.
  3. One balloon in a Nick Curry book 5 scene is blank.
  4. The perspective is off in one scene in Nick Curry Book 1.
  5. In issue #1, Nick says he lost the game ‘long with 600,000,000 bucks. This number is equal to Six Hundred Million. But in the other scenes they all reference to it as sixty million.
  6. In book 4, we revisit the bridge that goes over the ‘Underground City’ scene in issue #2. But as we end the scene, we see a bridge and a train going ga-tan ga- tan away. we never saw the train bridge in issue #2.
  7. In Book 3, Miguel uses his Swiss Army knife to get out of an Alphar cage. But wouldn’t the Alphars have taken all the items in their pockets away when they captured them?  Guess they’re not so smart…
  8. In Book 3, it would not make sense for the water to build up so quickly. It was one leak, and then a coastal flood.
  9. In Nick Curry Book 5, Nick jumps down from a deck. But no human would have survived the fall from such a height. He would have likely broken his neck or leg.
  10. Sunset passes quite quickly. However, the sunset seems to fade very slowly in Book 5.
  11. When we see the reporter in Nick Curry Book 5, the sunset is at it’s climax, dark blue, dark purple, orange. But in the next panel, where Nick is herded away by paparazzi, it’s back to just orange.
  12. In the scene in Book 5 where Nick says ‘thanks, dad’ his tuxedo is back to his grey jacket.
